Maureen Auger, OTD, OTR/L
Registered/ Licensed Occupational Therapist
Certified Health Coach
My mission is to empower families with knowledge, skills, and strategies to maximize participation and health in everyday activities.
Welcome! I’m Maureen, a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Family Health Coach dedicated to helping children and families thrive. With 18 years of experience in pediatric care, I specialize in supporting children of all abilities in overcoming challenges and unlocking their full potential.
In my practice, I focus not just on treating the child but also on empowering families with the tools, strategies, and support they need to create a nurturing and balanced home environment. I believe that optimal development goes beyond therapy sessions—it’s about creating lasting, positive changes through family-centered care.
Whether your child is facing difficulties with motor skills, sensory processing, focus, or emotional regulation, my goal is to help them build confidence and independence in their daily life. As a Family Health Coach, I also guide parents in adopting healthy lifestyle habits, navigating family dynamics, and fostering a supportive environment that promotes overall well-being for everyone.
I’m here to partner with you on your journey, offering personalized therapy and coaching that’s compassionate, evidence-based, and focused on long-term results. Let’s work together to create a brighter, healthier future for your family!
